Reservation guarantee
All reservations are guaranteed up to 18.00 (time at hotel – GMT).
After this time, at the point of reservation the hotel requires a valid credit card or payment of a deposit for 1 night as guarantee.
Cancellations and no-shows
Up to 18.00 (time at hotel – GMT), on the day of arrival: no cost.
After this time: a penalty of 1 night will be charged.
Exceptional situations
High occupancy dates: The hotel may implement reservation guarantee options and cancellation periods which are different to those indicated above.

Valid credit card to guarantee stay OR payment of deposit for:
• First night for stays of less than 3 nights
• 30% of the total reservation amount for stays of more than 3 nights.
Cancellations and no-shows
July, August, Carnival, Easter, New Year
• Up to 14 days before arrival, without any penalty, except for clients with golf bookings, for whom the cancellation period is extended to 21 days before arrival without any penalty.
• After these periods: 1 night may be charged for stays of less than 3 nights and 30% of the total reservation amount for stays of more than 3 nights.
Remainder of the year:
• Up to 3 days before arrival, without any penalty, except for clients with golf bookings, for whom the cancellation period is extended to 21 days before arrival without any penalty.
• After these periods 1 night may be charged for stays of less than 3 nights and 30% of the total reservation amount for stays of more than 3 nights.
